TrueClean Solutions was founded by Matthew Krieger and Kaylyn Rehm who began their journey working in the fast-paced world of vacation rentals. Cleaning Airbnbs taught them the importance of precision and consistency to meet high guest expectations. They learned to treat every property as their own, paying attention to small details and major issues alike, all to create a better, more welcoming guest experience.
They created TrueClean Solutions after witnessing the same frustrations over and over, missed details, inconsistent results and a lack of pride in the work being done. They saw a gap in the commercial cleaning industry and they filled that gap by creating a company who values Integrity, Innovation and constant improvement for themselves, their clients, their staff and the community.
Today they are bringing the same care and attention that they gave to every Airbnb to the commercial world to build lasting partnerships with the community and uphold the three I’s together. They believe that businesses deserve more than just surface level service. Presentation, health and consistency are important in every office, learning center or construction site. Their systems and training are implemented to meet these high standards every single time.
